The kettlebell is a fantastic strength tool! With the inclusion of so many ballistic drills that would be more difficult to attempt with a dumbbell, the kettlebell offers a wild variety of exercises. Folks just getting started tend to get sucked right into the complicated, sexy stuff like 2-hands anyhow and backwards-triple-flip-while-blindfolded. It’s ok to explore a little, but at some point, you need to get back to the basics. The good old swing will make you puke just as easily as any other ballistic drill. Stay safe and keep it simple!
